TASK
- Schedule appointments, and showings with prospective buyers.
- Building, and managing client database.
- Responding to emails, and phone calls.
- Create, and manage social media marketing.
- Attend sales training sessions.
TO BE CONSIDERED
- Proven experience in sales.
- Exceptional communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-focused approach.
- The ability to understand and fulfil customer needs effectively.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak one of these languages; Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Singaporean, Taiwanese, Indonesian, Malay, Nepali, Punjabi, Tamil, Gujarati, Filipino, Thai, and Koren.
