Job description:
We are looking for an experienced corporate property professional with seasoned knowledge in corporate lease advisory and transactions. You will be responsible for influencing and introducing prospects to the value proposition of the company and the rationale/benefits of our property and projects services.
The successful candidate will be professional, friendly, and persuasive.
The objective of the role is threefold as follows:
- To introduce the business and value proposition
- To educate the prospect on the importance of engaging an expert adviser
- Close deals using our sales process.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leads generated by our call setters and arrange to meet to further discuss our value proposition.
- approach our warm database for prospects of your own
- Ask pertinent questions to ‘unlock’ the prospect’s predicament and potential requirements.
- Record and update the prospects company information/data accurately in a CRM system.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet and exceed KPI’s and facilitate future meeting conversions.
- Keep records of calls and meeting conversions and record useful information.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as Corporate Real Estate professional or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Previous experience in a property related industry required.
