Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team
The Litigation & Dispute Resolution team are comprised of highly-regarded practitioners that are experienced in commercial disputes, debt recovery, restructuring & insolvency, shareholder and partnership disputes. They are well versed in representing clients in court proceedings and tribunals, arbitration, complaints to industry bodies/ombudsman, conciliation, discovery assistance, mediation, and settlement conferences.
Some of the industries they practice in include agribusiness, franchising, technology, manufacturing, transport, not for profit, and property development.
The Role
There is now an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer/Associate to join the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in their Sydney office.
This role will see you working on a range of litigation and Dispute Resolution matters, representing clients in a variety of industries and sectors. You will have exposure to client contact, and the responsibility to handle files and work autonomously, under the supervision of Partners.

Requirements
To be successful, you will be a Lawyer and/or Associate with 3-5 years’ post admission experience in Litigation & Dispute Resolution.
In addition, you will have:
- The ability to draft correspondence, advice and court documents
- The confidence to deal with clients and witnesses to take affidavits and witness statements
- A strong client service approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- A high attention to detail
- Great organisational and time management skills
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves from day one
