Morgan McKinley is collaborating with a renowned organisation within the utilities sector to recruit a L&D coordinator.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to be apart of a high priority transformation program. As a key member of the Transformation Team your deliverables will include:
Administration duties e.g. minutes, managing the inbox
Organising logistics around the training rollout e.g. schedule, sending out training invites, logging of attendance
Managing Training documentation
Support during Training deployment
Testing support
Relevant experience:
Good communication/ stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working with project teams - change, communications, training etc
Experience with Blue collar/ Field staff beneficial
Hands on and practical
Analytical - ability to read data and use spreadsheets
LMS training experience
Good organisation and coordination skills
