About the role:
Are you sick of working 9am - 5pm? Having that discussion with your boss that you need to leave early or you have a sick child? Are you sick of feeling exhausted and drained?
Plan My Way is an established business in NSW, we are looking to bring on casual staff within Ipswich and Brisbane areas QLD to expand our company presence, with the potential of being offered a permanent role after the 6 months probation period.
You must have experience and the ability to build your own caseload.
About you:
You are compassionate about supporting and enriching lives of people with a disability. You are knowledgeable and proactive. You are able to work with minimal supervision and within our team.
You also have:
Specialist Skills and Knowledge
» Proficiency in the application of a Google Workspace products.
» Understanding of the NDIS processes and limitations.
» Familiarity with relevant budgeting techniques
» Attention to detail regarding data entry into digital business systems
» Ability to use the available digital business tools to an excellent level.
» Marketing plans and business development capability
Inherent Physical Requirements
» Use a computer,
» Listen and communicate clearly,
» Driver's License and Full comprehensive Vehicle Insurance which is valid to drive within Australia.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role you must undergo the NDIS workers screening check.
You must also hold a current working with children’s check and police check.
» Minimum1 Year of Experience in this role or similar
» Demonstrated knowledge and experience in customer service.
» Demonstrated experience and understanding of the NDIS
» Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to manage competing priorities
» Demonstrated business building skills across a wide range of groups, and within the community and support organizations.
» Experience that reflects an empathy for people as individuals.
» Experience in managing numerous key stakeholders and being able to demonstrate value add.
