About the role:
- Lead and deliver strategic objectives to align with organisational goals, enhancing efficiencies in Learning, Teaching and Curriculum across Middle to Senior year 7-12.
- Manage and lead a team of Education Advisors/Officers, fostering collaboration across functional areas.
- Seek and provide feedback on emerging school needs and initiatives, collaborating with Cluster Managers/Senior Leaders.
- Conduct advanced analysis of Learning, Teaching, and Curriculum to provide insightful data supporting organisational direction and policy.
- Develop, implement, and review strategic processes and procedures including compliance, risk planning, and change management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in leading educational initiatives, building capacity of others, and providing specialised advice in the areas of Learning, Teaching, Curriculum within a school or broader context.
- Extensive experience in educational leadership to lead and manage teams effectively
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and decision-making
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships internally and externally
- Experience in budget management and financial planning
- Hold or be eligible to hold a QCT registration
