The Role:
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Educator to join our team.
In your role, you will develop strong relationships and engagement with the children in your care, transparent and caring partnerships with the families, while being a positive role model and leader to your team of educators.
Delivering quality care and education, while upholding the Centre's philosophy and best practice policies and procedures are at the forefront of your decision making and while committing to continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications/desired criteria:
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent recognised by ACECQA
- Current Working with Children’s Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ability to demonstrate a competent level of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with children, families and team members
- A commitment to ongoing forms of team engagement to create a fantastic work culture
- Valid Australian working rights
