Job Description:
As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework and the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of high-quality educational programs that cater to the individual needs and interests of children.
- Mentor and support a team of educators, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in reflective practice.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working as a Lead Educator or in a similar leadership role within an early childhood setting.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
