The Opportunity:
In your role as Kinder Lead Educator you will support the teachers on promoting high quality educational experiences through the implementation of play-based educational experiences and encouraging children to express their own ideas through play to develop friendships, explore, solve problems, help others, imagine, create and extend on their interests. The Candidate:
The ideal candidate would have previous experience working with kinder children; we are looking for a people’s person with a hands-on approach.
You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as be comfortable talking to families.
As the ideal candidate for this position, you will have
- Diploma in Children's Services or new Graduate ECT or ACECQA equivalent
- 2 years experience working across all age groups
- WWCC
- Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
