We are looking for a committed Lead Educator (Juniors) to join our Happy Tots on Pickering family, where our amazing and passionate team members embed innovative curriculums and create a beautiful team culture to support our children and families.
As one of our highly valued Lead Educators, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.
Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success! You will have the support, mentorship and guidance provided to you by our experienced Educators, Teachers and Centre Manager. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:
Completed or working towards your Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services
Current Blue Card and Police Check
Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Regulations/Legislation
Understanding of Kangaroo Time and Storypark (training will be provided)
