Throughout the course of a morning, you will have many varied roles, if a child requests you to be a superhero you will be the best cape wearing crusader you can be!
A qualification in musical theatre is not necessary however the ability to perform spontaneously in front of a crowd of tiny humans is essential!
You must have loads of compassion along with kindness and be ready to fix whatever troubles with hugs and band aids.
It is essential to have eyes in the back of your head and no fear entering public environments dressed in costume after celebrating centre events.

About the Role
About our Educator Role
We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Diploma or Studying towards qualified Lead Educators to join our educational teams at Robina. This role requires an educator who possesses a happy, joyful demeanor along with the confidence to work in a team environment.
We will need passionate, fun, creative, holistic, Lead Educators and Casual educators to be joining our team.
Diploma qualified or studying towards are required at our Robina service for a Lead Role.
Casual Educators welcomed across all our services.
You will have/be:
An educator studying Diploma or has Diploma.
Experience leading and guiding a Team.
Full First Aid and CPR certificates, inclusive of Asthma and Anaphylaxis
Current Working With Children Check
Current Child Protection training
