rhi are looking for a Lead Estimator for a client-side secondment in Perth CBD
A depth of experience across large Oil & gas scopes (FEED and Execute) for EPC & EPCM projects is required.
On offer is a 6 month + contract based at our clients offices - Full or part time options
Reporting to the Project Controls Manager with a dotted line to the client, the Lead Estimator will be responsible to scope, collate and develop Class 3 FEED estimation proposals on a large scale.
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent industry training
- Minimum 10 years' experience in various aspects of Estimating and Project Management in the Oil & Gas and related industries.
- Ability to interpret study/FEED level drawings, equipment lists and other data in order to prepare cost estimates.
- Capability to establish capital cost estimates based upon previous experience and personal knowledge in the oil and gas sector - On/off shore.
To be successful:
- Recent experience working for either an EPCM, Engineering consultancy or a client's teams.
- Able to present and communicate workings to client/owner.
- At least 10 +-year relevant experience and specific Class 3 exposure
- Have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
