You will be responsible for:
- Making cold & warm phone calls to prospective customers
- Reengaging existing and past customers
- Updating information in the CRM
- Produce reports on daily activity to show productivity
- Following through on opportunities with the Sales Team
- Database updating and cleansing
Our customer base includes a range of industries from HR – IT – Saas – Allied Health
If you can bring to the role these attributes below then we want to hear from you:
• Previous experience in Lead Generation/appointment setting in a high-volume fast, fast-paced environment is a bonus.
• Previous cold-calling experience
• Driven by exceeding goals
• Ability to build rapport and negotiate to reach decision-makers
• The thrill of being able to assist the Sales Team by setting quality appointments
• Creativity in finding the best time to contact and connect with prospects.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills and solid customer service ethic
• Strong team player with established outbound telemarketing skills and experience
• The ability to work autonomously with excellent time management
• A driven person who is ready to learn and grow within our company.
• A personable, funny, think-on-the-fly personality.
• As part of the role, you will be expected to show an interest in the lead outcome
• The ability to speak and communicate clearly and articulately.
• The ability to read from a script and adapt, as necessary.
