- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to address both immediate and long-term people challenges.
- Coach and empower leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and navigate the HR operating model effectively.
- Act as a conduit between business leaders and HR teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance the delivery of HR services and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Tertiary qualification in organizational development, psychology, or HR.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Strong relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Excellent consulting and communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Sound knowledge of organisational development theory and commitment to best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
