As a HR Business Partner, you'll serve as the anchor between organisational leaders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering a culture of excellence. Your expertise will drive impactful change initiatives and empower leaders to thrive in their roles.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with functional leaders to deliver a cohesive and proactive strategic people agenda.
• Partner closely with leaders and HR teams to prioritise and implement solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each department.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to address both immediate and long-term people challenges.
• Coach and empower leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and navigate the HR operating model effectively.
• Act as a conduit between business leaders and HR teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide feedback and insights to enhance the delivery of HR services and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Tertiary qualification in organizational development, psychology, or HR.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Strong relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Excellent consulting and communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Sound knowledge of organisational development theory and commitment to best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
