Our client is a well known and successful business with a positive and engaging culture. Reporting directly to the P&C Director, you will be part of the executive team providing high level HR Shared Services expertise across the whole employee life cycle.The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the P&C Director and managing a small team of HR specialists, you will be primarily responsible for the delivery of the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. Working as part of the Executive HR Team you will manage the people data analytics supporting the broader HR priorities.Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the onboarding and offboarding experience is positive and smooth.
• Coordinate the accurate and timely reporting of key people analytics.
• Manage the delivery of annual processes such as the employee engagement survey, mandatory training and audit reviews.
• In partnership with the wider HR team, you will manage the HRIS system ensuring that the processes are aligned to the business needs.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Shared Services professional with a HR generalist background who is excited and passionate about ensuring that the overall HR function is successful. You will enjoy being part of the business, coaching and mentoring a team providing hands on operational and strategic expertise.What you will bring
To be successful you will be degree qualified in Human Resources Management or equivalent. You will have proven track record as a true HR professional, with essential experience in a Shared Services environment. You will have sound understanding of managing a HRIS system with knowledge of the broader contemporary people practices.How to apply
