About the role
The Lead Infrastructure Consultant - Networks manages the development and implementation of large-scale ICT solutions, focusing on Cisco data, wireless, and unified voice solutions. Core Cisco networking experience is essential, and knowledge of Alcatel solutions is beneficial. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in complex ICT projects, particularly in healthcare, demonstrating expertise in designing solutions across multiple sites. Strong communication skills, strategic influencing, and the ability to lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team are key requirements.
Project information to be working on:

• Adhere to organisational values, service quality standards, and occupational health and safety protocols.
• Take responsibility for designing, planning, and executing technical solutions aligned with optimal IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.
• Specify and design intricate systems, ensuring adherence to agreed enterprise and solution architectures.
• Stay well-versed in technical specialities, offering expert advice on their application.
• Supervise the development, publication, and compliance of programme/project deliverables and associated standards.
• Lead the assessment, analysis, and implementation planning of complex IM/ICT changes, addressing risks to infrastructure integrity.
• Manage a team of specialised technical resources for the successful delivery of complex technical solutions.

Deliverables will be agreed with the Program Director at the commencement of your engagement for the delivery of the project.
