About the role
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Development Lead is responsible for the development phase of assigned infrastructure projects and developing infrastructure strategies to support the various business units at BAC. This includes, the development of project briefs, leading the development of strategies, preparing Major Development Plans, supporting business case development, assisting projects through the gated investment review process. This role is predominantly focussed on infrastructure across our commercial precinct, including trunk infrastructure.
About you
You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in doing great work. Tertiary qualified, you will have experience in the planning phase of civil infrastructure projects, including land development with an understanding of environmental impact management. Ideally client-side experienced, your experience across multi-disciplinary infrastructure includes options analysis and value engineering reviews. Proficient with managing design consultants and at stakeholder engagement, you will have excellent oral and written communication skills.
