WolfPeak are hiring a Lead Management Consultant to head up their ESG team. The position is responsible for the provision of specialist consulting and project services to our clients, solving complex strategic and systematic issues, with the aim of reviewing and analysing current business processes and developing frameworks for businesses to succeed across the environmental, natural resource, planning, sustainability, policy and auditing sector. This is a full-time position based at our Sydney CBD office.
Key Tasks and Duties:
• Review and analyse current business processes and inefficiencies, in order to develop and implement optimal procedures to respond to client needs
• Lead the ESG consulting team and support the development of the team’s professional and technical abilities.
• Develop strategic recommendations for clients, by identifying, reviewing and evaluating plans, systems and processes to optimize efficiency and increase effectiveness through supporting the achievement of quality outcomes
• Develop and lead the implementation of the ESG consulting team’s annual strategic plan
• Provide regular feedback, analysis and progress reports as needed to assist in determining the right model and growth plan for the business
• Ensure the ESG consulting practice area is up to date with relevant regulations, policy and market trends.
• Facilitate strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, the exchange of information and issues management to build organisational capability and influence outcomes
• Develop business recommendations that demonstrate outcomes and benefits to the client focusing on deploying functional solutions and analysing business processes
• Develop WolfPeak’s reputation in the corporate sustainability sector including identifying market opportunities to help develop and promote new, innovative consulting services to both existing and new clients
• Facilitate a strong pipeline of ESG consulting projects and establish/maintain positive working relationships with current and future clients and industry peers.
Key Skills and Attributes:
• 8+ years' experience in management consulting or similar field
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Consulting or similar
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, leading and mentoring others within a team
• Strong professional network of clients in NSW and/or Victoria
• Able to adopt a flexible and innovative approach to problems and opportunities
• The ability to work proactively and autonomously in conjunction with a team.
• Passion for fostering strong, inclusive relationships.
