Address About the Role: Our client, a leading company in the Sustainable Infrastructure industry, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Reporting and Performance Analytics professional. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing a suite of Reporting and analytical insights using Microsoft Power BI. The purpose of this role is to enable Sustainable Infrastructure to understand and manage various performance and intelligence aspects in the delivery of a large Capital Infrastructure Program of work.
Responsibilities:
Develop strong working relationships with key partners across the organization to consolidate multiple sources of data across all service channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and interrogate data and insights in a timely manner.
Provide monthly performance reports in Microsoft Power BI with a high degree of accuracy and within set deadlines.
Implement and develop technology to effectively manage data and insights.
Serve as the primary contact for ad-hoc data and Performance requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Provide asset performance data in accordance with established timeframes and ensure integrity and accuracy of performance and compliance reporting.
Coordinate the development of a performance data management framework and associated operational systems.
Drive standardization and improved efficiencies associated with performance monitoring, process analysis, and troubleshooting.
Work collaboratively across the business to capture and interrogate service delivery data.
Take ownership for enhancing reporting systems to enable tactical and strategic reporting.
Ensure effective systems and mechanisms are in place for timely reporting of compliance performance information.
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, or similar discipline.
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
Advanced data analytics capability and familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
Experience in handling large volumes of data and providing analysis for effective business decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
High degree of computer literacy.
