Form of workWe are looking for both Senior and Lead Developers who want to be able to influence the company they work for and lead by example. This is a role that you will be heavily involved in the discovery process and bring ideas to the table to uplift the platform. This will be a hands on Developer role and you will be apart of this companies biggest upgrade.
- 3 days in the Office and 2 days from home
- 18 month project, (will start renew in 6 month blocks)
- Aim is to modernize their technical stack
• Develop functional and appealing web applications based on usability
• Engaging across the business to create and refine software applications and platforms
• Undertake design and development activities including coding, testing, deployment scripting and configuration areas in .NET domains and other related technologies
• Responsible for staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and promoting usability best practices
• Working with product, sales and operations teams to support a complete transformation
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 9+ years of experience developing in a Microsoft stack, e.g.: C#, .NET, MVC, Web API, EF, MS SQL, ideally .NET Core
- Experience in MS SQL Server development (stored procedures).
- Have Knowledge and exposure to microservice architecture an APIs (REST and GraphQL)
- Experience working in a Azure cloud-based environment (with devops culture).
- Experience with the programming essentials (git, webpack, docker).
- Experience with tooling such as Bitbucket/Github and Jira to collaborate and manage delivery.
- In-depth understanding of Javascript/Typescript, the DOM, and relevant concepts.
- A keen eye for UI details for both mobile and web applications.
- Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
