Job Overview:
As a Lead Software Engineer at Site360, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of skilled software developers. You will be responsible for driving the technical vision, architecture, and development of our Site360 solution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating robust and scalable software solutions.

About you:
- Have experience leading a cross functional product team (Product, Design and Engineering) using Lean or Scrum delivery frameworks
- Have solid hands-on experience developing software across the full technology stack (mobile, web, backend, APIs) using React Native, .NET core, TypeScript, Node.js, OAuth2/SAML and Azure cloud
- Strong knowledge of architecture and design patterns including Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices, and SOLID principles
- Understand technical solution design, solution options and its trade-offs in an early-stage startup
- Have the knowledge of both NoSQL and Relational database management systems
- Have experience with infrastructure as code in terraform, CI/CD tooling, observability, DevSecOps, platform resiliency and stability
- Passionate about building secure, performant, decoupled, testable, maintainable code
- You have experience and enjoy coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. (e.g. code review, design review)
- You are obsessed about creating great customer experience for our users. You are comfortable sitting down with users to understand how they are using the product your team is building
- Preferably have experience with mobile application development
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing guidance on their potential impact on the project and company.
