Who are we looking for?We are currently looking for a Brisbane-based Lead Structural Engineer. They would play a critical role in overseeing the structural design aspects of HV Substation & Transmission projects, including the design process, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Playing a key design management role in the opportunity pursuits, design and delivery phases of HV Substation & Transmission projects Providing specialist technical input including structural design oversight, project planning and coordination to a diverse range of multi-disciplinary projects Conducting design reviews and checks to identify and rectify any potential issues, ensuring high-quality design deliverables Communicating effectively with clients to present design concepts, progress, and recommendations, addressing any concerns and fostering a positive client relationship Providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
