Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Leadership Consultant within the Leadership Formation and Development Team based at the Catholic Education Office in Leederville.
This is a full-time ongoing appointment commencing as soon as possible.
Applications are also encouraged from existing CEWA school employees wishing to explore the option of a period of leave from their present position.
The Role
This role is responsible for working collaboratively with team members to design and deliver high quality Catholic leadership programs to a range of staff in Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA).
About you?
- Active membership of a Catholic Eucharistic community.
- Tertiary qualifications in education.
- Working towards or completed Accreditation for Leadership.
- Senior leadership experience in a school setting.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Catholic Education system.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, designing, and delivering professional learning for school staff, community groups and/or other professionals using face to face and online delivery modes.
- High level written and oral communication skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to gain and maintain credibility with senior leaders across CEWA Limited.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, conceptual, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated high level presentation and group facilitation skills and a comprehensive understanding of contemporary education for adults and young people.
- Outstanding skills in mentoring, coaching, communication, relationship building and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated strong self-management skills with the ability to work on several tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to and work as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, conceptual, and analytical skills.

- Salary range for this position is K1 to K4 on the CEO salary scale ($143, 218 - $156, 367 per annum) plus superannuation.
