You can help build this future by being part of the Leadership Services team whose work is critical to the effective and efficient leadership of the public sector that serves all Western Australians.
The team provides advice and recommendations on the recruitment, management and remuneration of senior public sector executive positions, and on the remuneration of government board and committee members.
Our team now needs 2 people who have an eye for detail and accuracy, are keen to learn about and use assessment tools for classifying and remunerating jobs, and work well with stakeholders.
You'll help manage chief executive officer recruitment, contracts and performance agreements; assess the classification of senior executive positions; and recommend remuneration for board and committee members.
You'll liaise with ministers' offices, prepare executive government documentation, and support agencies in the decisions they make about their senior executive positions and officers.
You'll be trained in and supported to use various tools for classification and remuneration assessment, and other business systems.
