AddressProtech are currently looking for an Experienced Trade Qualified Leading Hand to perform work with our client in the Port Kembla area on a wharf refurb project.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
• Immediate Start
• Monday to Friday and Saturday's as required
• $40 to $55 p/h (pending experience) + Overtime + Allowances + Superannuation
• 2 year project
• Weekly Pay
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist Supervisor and Superintendent in organising and supervising onsite crew
• Ensure day to day operations run effectively and safely
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team consisting of labouring and/or machine operating where required
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
• Construction White Card
• Trade certificate in one of the following: Formwork, Carpentry, Concreting
• Minimum 5 years trade / industry experience
• Interest in committing to a job with long term engagement
• Leadership qualities - developing and supporting people
• Good work ethic with a can-do attitude
