Founded in 2016, Pacific Blue Produce packs Australian grown cucumbers and blueberries and markets them to all major retailers across Australia.
With a dedicated team using state-of-the-art processes, equipment and machinery, we pride ourselves on bringing the best produce to market every day.
About the opportunity:
This role is responsible for assisting with day to day running of our packhouse to ensure that our production deadlines are met on a daily basis. If you flourish in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leadership and develop your career in a hands on environment then this is the role for you!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the workloads of the team through supervision and delegation
- Training and development of team members to complete packing tasks
- Operate packing machines
- Performing maintenance on machines as required
- Packing tasks on the production lines as required
- Regular forklift operation

This is a full time role and given the seasonal aspect of our industry there is some flexibility required with working days. From Feb to June the role is required Tuesday to Saturday 7.6hrs per day and from July through to Jan the role will work Wednesday to Saturday 9.5hrs per day.
