Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in supervising a small team is essential
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Demonstrable Boilermaking experience, as this is a hands-on position
- Ability to follow directions
- Exhibit strong attention to detail
- Committed to safety & quality work practices at all times
