We are working on behalf of our client, who are a leading provider of specialist track construction services, providing their clients with international best practices combined with their highly experienced teams of local expertise and network knowledge. They are committed to creating a culture of service delivery excellence and innovation.
We are looking for experienced Leading Hands for ongoing work commencing immediately on the rail line, must be willing to do labouring duties as well as managing/supervising a team.

- Valid RIW card
- WET and SARC training
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand/supervisor
- Hold machinery tickets (a bonus)
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Strong safety focus and ability to operate within WHS&E policies
- Strong organisational and team working skills
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy
- Hardworking, honest & reliable character with a positive attitude
