AddressMy client is a leading fit out and refurbishment head contractor which is forging a great reputation for delivering high caliber solutions for its clients in a collaborative contracting environment.
This builderr is about to commence a refurmishment project on the CBD fringe in Brisbane and we are seeking a suitably qualified Leading Hand or Foireman to support the Site Manager. This is a live site project, and the site will be open 7 days a week, so flexibility to be rosted on for Saturdays and Sundays is essential for this contract.
The program of work is for around 3 months, but this client has other Brisbane based work in its tender pipeline so there may be future work available.
Skills and Experience
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction
- Must have minimum 2 years delivering commercial fit out/ refurbishment projects $1M + in value.
- Must be IT literate, previous Procure knowledge an advantage, but not essential
- Must have First Aid certification
- Working on projects from inception, no inherited issues.
- Superb Site Manager to report to, without micro management
- Potential opportunity for additional assignments and ongoing work
- Competitive rates of pay available (PAYG or PTY LTD)
