Lead the way on Major Project Civil Construction - Western Sydney

Our client a Tier 1 organisation with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across a range of sectors. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leading Hand to join our team.
Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising a small team of workers to complete projects on time and to a high standard
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Operating plant and equipment as required
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and procedures
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory role in civil construction
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Experience in operating plant and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Current driver's license and white card
