We are on the hunt for a Night Shift Leading Hand to join our award-winning team in our Brisbane Warehouse at Beaudesert Road.
As a Leading Hand, you will:
- Provide accurate input and expertise into the development of customer estimates through AX.
- Provide and ensure job target hours are achieved
- Provide leadership to ensure productive, high quality workmanship is delivered through the team.
- Monitor the time management of your team to maximise efficiency.
- Drive safe working practices and ensure staff members are aware and follow safety protocols, procedures and performing regular safety interactions with the team members.
- Monitor and maintain the Quality Assurance system and QA inspections are being completed and signed-off.
- Ability to Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Assess projects and assist with quoting work.
- A good understanding of repair processes and costs.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Previous experience with AX Dynamics and Manhattan scale systems
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a dynamic team of people
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strict adherence to safe work practices, policies and procedures
- Commitment to a No Harm Environment
- Working both in a team and autonomously, in varied environments
- Computer literate
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + D&A Screening
