AddressWe are looking for a Leading Hand to join a well established metal manufacturer, based in Dandenong South for Day Shift. This role has a strong view to a permanent full time position.
Must :
- Have prior Leading Handand Supervisory/team leading experience in a factory/manufacturing environment
- Have prior experience working as a Machine Operator/Setter
- Have an excellent mechanical aptitude
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Have an excellent understanding of quality control and ensuring a product is manufactured safely and efficiently
- Have a strong focus on safety, ensuring a team adheres to relevant safety protocols
- Be physically fit and able to lift 25kgs
- Have an excellent work ethic
Day Shift Hours: 6am to 3pm. Overtime is also available.
