About the role

As Learn to Swim Team Leader, you will deliver, monitor and evaluate Learn to Swim and Aquatics programs to ensure program quality with a timely professional operation that meets current industry standards.

Assist the Aquatics Programs Coordinator in the planning, delivery and evaluation of all aquatics programs. Oversee all swimming programs, ensuring efficient and effective operations with a high level of customer service to the centre’s users.

Remuneration

$88,656.36 to $99,220.68 + 11% Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

  1. Austswim instructors Certificate or equivalent.
  2. Current Resuscitation Certificate.
  3. Planning and organising skills, ideally swim programming.
  4. Experience in instructing all levels/age groups of Learn to Swim (LTS).
