As part of the People and Culture team, you will design, develop, and deliver training material with a focus on safety compliance and education. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate and provide on-going support to our key stakeholders and shape the future of our learning and development offerings.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
And what will set you apart from other candidates will be;
- Similar experience in a rail, large infrastructure or construction project environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience managing Learning Management System and working with e-learning platforms
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
