Loving working within the Organisational Development Space? Come and join one of our fabulous clients as their new Learning and Development Partner. This is a temporary role based in Adelaide CBD that offers either fulltime or .8 with WFH flexibility.
Your new role
As a part of the Organisational Development team, the Learning & Development Partner will collaborate with key stakeholders supporting learning strategies, identify capability needs, and administer LMS.
The incumbent will be developing learning solutions aligned with organisational requirements in partnership with external vendors and subject-matter experts.
This involves reporting, tracking, monitoring, on development activities, and evaluating the impact of learning solutions. Additionally, the role provides advice to business units on L&D solutions and leads the procurement and coordination of Learning and Development!
What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking a candidate with the knowledge and ability to apply adult learning principles, proven expertise in administering an LMS and developing innovative solutions.
You will have sound skills for using a range of computer applications, including audiovisual and software equipment. Well-developed analytical skills and the capacity to exercise sound judgement, particularly assessing an organisation's development needs, conducting training gap analysis needs and translating to targeted programs.
