Full-time HR and L&D role for a NFP. Inner-West location with a salary of $76k + super + salary packaging

A NFP organisation providing quality residential aged care in Sydney (Inner-West). The role will be based full-time in office, with potential work flexibility after completing the 6 month probation period.

Your new role
Coordinate set up and monitoring of learning events within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Maintain a register of all training and training documentation
Assist with the development of learning plans for colleagues at various levels of experience appropriate to their profession
Oversee and manage a training schedule and learning objectives
Manage HR compliance checks (e.g., police checks, NDIS checks, WWCC, Covid – 19 Vaccinations, Visa, VEVO checks). Compliance checking involves following up with preferred candidates in line with the pre-employment process, following up on checks which are due to expire and reporting
Supporting the administrative component of student compliance
Additional tasks as required by the leadership team
What you'll need to succeed
High level prioritisation, organisational and time management skills which results in the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to influence others, build rapport and make positive change
Ability to cope with changing work demands and a fast changing environment
Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of training skills
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced computer skills and use of software programs to develop and deliver education
Understanding of Work, Health & Safety and safe work practices
Double vaccinated and booster shot received against COVID-19
