Learning And Development Officer

Our client, a fast-growing organisation with operations across Australia and a workforce of over 1,000 people seeks x2 Learning & Development Officers to develop and deliver learning across the organisation.  You will help the organisation enhance their operational capability to deliver these essential services.

This customer centric organisation invests in their people to ensure success and offer opportunities to progress.  You are a direct report to Learning and Development Lead.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of important training
• Fostering a culture of continuous Learning and Development by promoting and communicating the value of training opportunities to all employees
• Liaising with stakeholders to support employee learning
• Contribute to continuous improvement and changes in Learning and Development
• Contribute to the design and Development of learning materials

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Cert IV in Training and Assessment
• A genuine passion to making a difference
• Proven training and L&D experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of and experience in vocational education and professional development programs.

As a national organisation there will be some interstate travel required.  You will be based in Canning Vale, Western Australia.  Hybrid working arrangements are not offered.
