Kinetic IT is on the lookout for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a Specialist you will collaborate with the business on Learning and Development projects and practices to create contemporary learning solutions.
As part of our talented team, you will have a strong background in Learning and Development, you will play a key role in shaping our future learning landscape and the culture of our organisation. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be action orientated, have a growth mindset and can translate business challenges into development opportunities. This is an exciting time to be contributing towards learning interventions that influence at a strategic level.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience in balancing best practice, data and creative approaches to Learning and Development. You will be experienced in collaborating and engaging with stakeholders and taking them on a journey across Learning and Development. You will enable others to reach their learning goals across a national business with strategically aligned Learning and Development interventions.
Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:
- Experience in the design and Development of learning solutions from small information bites to pathways and frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate and advise on Learning and Development principles and best practice.
- Guide the development on processes and documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A lifelong learner that role models a learning culture.
- Experience with Learning Systems & Authoring tools e.g., Percipio, Cornerstone, Workday, Articulate, Janison etc
- Exposure to digital media creation such as graphic creation/design, video, and animation e.g., Adobe.
