What will you be doing?
In your new role as Learning and Development Specialist, you shall be integral in ensuring that Sydney Waters relevant learning solutions are in place to build the capability of our people to meet current and future business needs.
You shall be responsible for applying your expertise in learning as you work across the full learning lifecycle of our workforce and leading engagement through all learning stages.

Who are we looking for?
Demonstrated experience building a learning culture across complex organisations.
- A strong digital literacy and are experienced driving the digital transformation of Learning and optimising current technology
- Strong analytical skills in conducting training/learning needs analysis and building learning plans right through to implementation and support
- Ability to analyse evaluation data and adjust programs as required to optimise impact.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and other notable learning design philosophies, strategies and theories, and the ability to apply those concepts
- Ability to articulate learning objectives that are practical, focused, concise and measurable
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially coaching and communications skills
