- 6-month contract + 6-month extension option
- $84,404 per annum + Superannuation
We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional in the WHS space on behalf of our client, a local government council.
Role Overview:
As a Learning and Development WHS Project Officer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the council's training register. Conducting training need analysis, you'll ensure alignment with corporate and mandatory training policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain training registers
- Conduct training need analysis
- Ensure compliance with corporate and mandatory training policies
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in HR/work health and safety project coordination
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Relevant qualifications or extensive experience in HR or work health and safety
- Strong MS Office skills; ability to adapt to new programs and systems
- Possess a current driver's license
