If you answered yes to these questions, then you may just be who we are looking for to join our growing team.The Learning Consultant role is responsible for the delivery of training to an internal global workforce in Implementation and Customer Support, external customers, as well as to external partners who implement Dayforce.The Learning Consultant will teach training programs that address the unique learning needs of each audience for onboarding and ongoing development. This position operates in a dynamic environmentwith frequent introductions of new product and country-specific functionality and processes.What you’ll get to do
- Deliver virtual training on Dayforce HCM products, tools and services
- Demonstrate consultative facilitation techniques that motivate learners to problem solve and apply

- Apply adult learning techniques in training delivery, presenting in a professional, creative, and engaging manner
- Adapt training delivery to unique learning needs and styles of diverse audiences
- Utilize interactive web-delivery tools, such as Zoom or WebEx, that promote learner engagement in hands-on training programs
- Develop and maintain an appropriate level of industry, compliance, and technical knowledge with each release
- Deliver training utilizing standardized curricula, materials, and processes
- Evaluate training feedback and adapt facilitation to meet participant needs
- Manage multiple training projects, ensuring learning objectives are achieved and deadlines are met
- Collaborate with Learning Business Analysts and business SMEs to assist in development of training
- curriculum for projects, as assigned
- Manage administrative aspects of training in a timely and reliable manner
- 2+ years’ experience implementing or supporting HCM platforms.
- Certificate or degree in business, education or technology a plus but not required.
- Strong experience facilitating online training via Zoom, WebEx, or comparable web conferencing tool
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide context to technical product functionality
- Ability to clearly communicate to a variety of English-speaking audiences and cultures
- Experience with XML, imports and exports a plus but not required
- Experience with Dayforce a plus
- Ability to learn independently and know when to seek help
- Excellent organizational, self-management and time management skills
