Learning & Develpment Consultant

Our client is currently re-designing an executive on-boarding solution and need the input of a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to assist how the L&D elements in the solution are presented.  First and foremost, you will bring strong learning design experience, but this should be rounded out with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and manage your own deliverables.  To receive a call to further discuss this opportunity you should have the following skills and experience:

Key skills and experience: 

• Solid Learning Design background with demonstrated learning design skills
• Demonstration application of HCD, understanding of PX
• Experience leading discovery ideally in complex organisations
• Ability to draw insights, make recommendations and propose learning design solutions
• Experience working in a learning design consultancy / consultancy an advantage
• Experience leading focus groups, good facilitator - a nice to have
• Experience with on-boarding solutions a bonus but not essential

This is initially a short-term, 4-month contract role for the discovery and design phase, though there is a strong chance of being extended to help manage the roll-out. The daily rate is up to $750 inc per day with an ASAP start date.
