Our client is currently re-designing an executive on-boarding solution and need the input of a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to assist how the L&D elements in the solution are presented. First and foremost, you will bring strong learning design experience, but this should be rounded out with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and manage your own deliverables. Key skills and experience:
- Solid Learning Design background with demonstrated learning design skills
- Demonstration application of HCD, understanding of PX
- Experience leading discovery ideally in complex organisations
- Ability to draw insights, make recommendations and propose learning design solutions
- Experience working in a learning design consultancy / consultancy an advantage
- Experience leading focus groups, good facilitator - a nice to have
- Experience with on-boarding solutions a bonus but not essential
