Job Description: We seek a skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for final fits, fixouts, and various handover jobs such as mailbox and clothesline installations. Additionally, they will handle maintenance rectifications as required, ensuring our properties are presented to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform final fits and fixouts to ensure properties are completed to specifications.
- Install handover items such as mailboxes, clotheslines, etc.
- Undertake maintenance rectifications promptly and efficiently.
- Work independently and unsupervised, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, particularly in residential maintenance and final fits.
- Ability to work independently and diligently, with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Mature attitude and professional demeanor.
- Availability for either part-time or full-time work arrangements.
