This program will see us bring together two key parts of our CUB business to optimize our customer experience through harmonized systems, processes and ways of working. As a Learning Design and Delivery Specialist you will report to the Program Training Manager and be responsible for creating and delivering meaningful and impactful content to build and maintain end user capability. Please note this role will be offered as a Fixed Term Contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and the broader change team, as we transition our business to the future state.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to Design and deliver both online and face to face training material to meet end user needs
- Facilitate systems training, integrating business process and ways of working
- Apply best practice instructional Design and adult learning theories, practice, and methods
- Provide innovative fit for purpose learning solutions
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations etc) based on requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Undergraduate tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Change, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related discipline is desirable.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment or similar is required
- Strong experience identifying, documenting, and analysing learning needs across people, processes, and systems for significant change projects.
- Developed successful learning programs and materials for both online and in person delivery
- Experience working in a fast-paced and large complex organisation.
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint along with the Articulate Suite and other web-based learning platforms
- FMCG industry experience highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is highly regarded
