Job Description

• Define learning needs
• manage stakeholder engagement
• design and development learning experiences including - face to face courses, classroom workshops and videos. E-learning experience desirable but not essential.
• collaborate closely with change management and communications teams on release of learning products

The role is of global nature work is produced in English and French (and potential other languages - they work with translation partners on translations).
The Successful Applicant

• Experience with learning design and development
• Some early morning and evening meetings may be required occasionally with international stakeholders
• Experience in similar role in a large organisation
• Oil & Gas/ mining experience is beneficial

What's on Offer

• Contract until 09/02/2025 with potential to be extended or go permanent.
• $100 - $140 p/h
• Hybrid working arrangement
