As a Learning & Development Associate you will support Tesla across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with leadership and stakeholders you will identify, develop, deliver, measure and report on sales and customer experience training to support Tesla's performance and delivery of our mission.
You will be responsible for continuous improvement by partnering closely with the field, leadership and global L&D teams to execute specific business objectives.
- Contribute to the measurable knowledge and skill of our teams with an emphasis on sales and customer experience.
- Partner with all stakeholders to determine where efforts should be directed
- Develop and lead impactful and engaging virtual and instructor-led training sessions for teams of all levels
- Localisation or creation of engaging and effective training programs that change behaviour and get results
- Demonstrate with data the impact of programs and initiatives, and identify areas of improvement
- Create course outlines, objectives, and scripts that meet learning objectives in a learner-optimised fashion
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to identify course goals, target audience, and learning objectives
- Host virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions for learners on systems and skills.
- Contribute to overall content design of digital assets and learning materials
- Write task-based assessments that measure pre-agreed learning objectives
- Identify content strategies and treatments that will provide the best training experience for the learner
- Work collaboratively and effectively with others
- Work with global teams to gather content, translate courses, and build localised training
- Identify training needs versus process improvement needs, work with the teams needed to identify the right solution and correct as needed
- Experience in the learning and development space a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent problem solving using a first principles approach

- Ability to coach individuals and teams across all levels
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed
- Ability to evaluate key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement
- Ability to work effectively with virtual teams and accommodate time differences
- Able to travel regularly (50% of the time) or as needed
