Your New Role

Together with the P&C Business Partner and P&C Coordinator, this role actively delivers support to enhance the people journey with a focus on training and professional development. From onboarding through to development programs, compliance training and training creation, we are looking for an all rounder who can provide support across our varied business, both in our Corporate and Asset teams.
This is a great opportunity to advance your L&D experience and offers you the freedom to contribute your expertise and work with a small, passionate P&C team.
This role will initially commence on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role is based in our Richmond Head Office, however must be able to travel onsite to our assets in Southbank and Docklands as required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead Learning & Development programs and initiatives;
- Support the onboarding process
- Leading a suite of mandatory and non mandatory training programs
- Liaising with third party trainers and RTO's where applicable
- Compliance training
- L&D reporting as required;
- General administrative duties;
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a L&D Coordinator or similar role (+3 years) with a people centric focus
- Ability to apply and work with new technology
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- A passion for all things admin and love of growing and developing people
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn and contribute.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
