POSITION SUMMARY:The HR Coordinator – Learning & Development - will be primarily responsible for the development, updating, and maintenance of learning programs, training materials, induction, and onboarding.
Working with the HR/WHS team to identify current and future company training needs, design learning solutions and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:- Coordinate an update of the induction process.
- Coordinate developing leadership training program material for new, existing, and emerging leaders.
- Facilitate the development & delivery of employee surveys on induction, onboarding, and training to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop & maintain training matrix.
- Update & maintain skills matrix.
- Understand the entire employee lifecycle to facilitate the development of learning initiatives to drive employee experience at SMARDT.
- Assist with the update of HR & WHS policies, procedures, and training materials for new starter inductions and induction refreshers.
- Support MBU and CBU in the delivery of an onboarding program tailored for each department, and relevant for each role.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to develop training material, SOPs, and learning programs.
- Regular housekeeping.
- Other duties as required.
- Either Cert IV in Human Resources or Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable) or a transferrable qualification.
- Experience in a similar role, or transferrable skills.
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Highly skilled in creating PowerPoint presentations, documents within Microsoft Word & Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong IT skills

- Aptitude for systems, documentation control and workflows.
- Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised with a “can-do” approach.
