The Learning & Development Coordinator plays an integral role in the L&D lifecycle who drives continuous improvement and thrives in a high paced environment.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a progressive learning environment and looking for ongoing development and progression within an innovative organisation.
This is permanent part-time role, 4 days per week.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with stakeholders to assess areas for development
- Develop and implement innovative learning programs
- Coordinate courses and course presenters
- Data analysis to inform content creation is fit for purpose
- Development of training materials
- Project management & coordination

- Experience in content writing (desirable)
- Understanding of adult learning principles and assessment models
- Strong service delivery and customer focus
