Learning & Development Coordinator

The Learning & Development Coordinator plays an integral role in the L&D lifecycle who drives continuous improvement and thrives in a high paced environment.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a progressive learning environment and looking for ongoing development and progression within an innovative organisation.

This is permanent part-time role, 4 days per week.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with stakeholders to assess areas for development
• Develop and implement innovative learning programs
• Coordinate courses and course presenters
• Data analysis to inform content creation is fit for purpose
• Development of training materials
• Project management & coordination

• Relevant qualifications
• Experience in content writing (desirable)
• Understanding of adult learning principles and assessment models
• Strong service delivery and customer focus
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
• 2024 influenza vaccination 
• NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) 
• Eligibility to work in Australia
