Petcover located in Tullamarine requires a Learning and Development officer this is a full time on site role. .
As such we are seeking a suitably qualified trainer with strong communication skills both verbally and written with proven training experience. This is a facilitation role that will work across the business in Australian and New Zealand.
About You
- Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
- Superior computer skills e.g MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Positive, innovative and love a challenge
- Tech savy. ideally with exposure to and understanding LMS options
- High adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities seamlessly
- A solid work history of training & assessment
- Ability to drive consistency in standards of service throughout.
- Ability to deliver product training and systems training Australia and New Zealand
- Must have an affinity with pets

- Exceptional communication skills on variety of levels.

- Designing and development of training programs in response to business needs, legislation and internal requirements.
- Instructional design of training materials for cross training and product training.
- A solid track record in delivering organisational wide training.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver instructional presentations.
- Developing online training content which has a strong compliance focus
- Experience in financial services or insurance would be highly regarded.
