Learning & Development Officer

About Us

Petcover located in Tullamarine  requires a Learning and Development officer  this is a full time on site role. . 

As such we are seeking a suitably qualified trainer with strong communication skills both verbally and written with proven training experience. This is a facilitation role that will work across the business in Australian and New Zealand.

About You

• Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
• Superior computer skills e.g MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Strong communication skills 
• Fluency in written and spoken English 
• Positive, innovative and love a challenge
• Tech savy. ideally with exposure to and understanding LMS options 
• High adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities seamlessly
• A solid work history of training & assessment
• Ability to drive consistency in standards of service throughout.
• Ability to deliver product training and systems training Australia and New Zealand 
• Must have an affinity with pets

What we are looking for

• ​Exceptional communication skills on variety of levels.
• Development of on line training content 
• Designing and development of training programs in response to business needs, legislation and internal requirements.
• Instructional design of training materials for cross training and product training.
• A solid track record in delivering organisational wide training.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver instructional presentations.
• Developing online training content which has a strong compliance focus
• Experience in financial services or insurance would be highly regarded.
